- Great managers often provide small opportunities for their teams to experience joint success.
- The best bosses are those who can do it over and over again without people knowing they're being controlled.
→ In the text, there is a story in which the boss calls for dinner without a plan, and the members make spaghetti after telling them to make it. I've heard a lot about university labs using seminar rooms for drinking parties, and I've done it in my own place, but it certainly might have had the effect of encouraging community building.
